Martha Stevens has received the endorsement of the Missouri Teamsters.
“Martha Stevens has the experience we need in the Missouri House to keep Missouri’s economy moving,” Jim Kabell, President of the Missouri-Kansas-Nebraska Conference of Teamsters, a statewide organization that includes more than 35,000 working men and women in 16 locals across the state.
Teamsters work in the areas of freight distribution, car-haul, heavy highway construction, wholesale and retail food distribution, small parcel and package delivery, brewery and soda manufacturing, railroad and maintenance of way workers, school bus drivers, and many of Missouri’s transportation industries. In addition, the Missouri Conference of Teamsters represents more than 20,000 retirees in the State of Missouri.
Upon receiving the endorsement, Martha Stevens said, “I’m proud to have the support of men and women who drive our children to school, deliver fresh milk to our grocers, and handle our packages with care.”
